Erica creates high-impact, culturally relevant experiences for leading brands including Moët Hennessy, Ford Bronco, adidas, BRP, and Progressive. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Experiential and Lifestyle Marketing for North America at Dentsu Sports International (formerly MKTG), where she led multi-market strategy, operations, and execution for global clients.
Over the course of her career, Erica has designed and delivered multi-million-dollar marketing platforms for premier brands and properties including the National Football League, Major League Baseball, Major League Soccer, National Basketball Association, United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, Microsoft, AT&T, Google, Wells Fargo, and PepsiCo. Her work has been recognized with industry honors including Ex Awards, PRO Awards, and Sports Business Journal Awards.
Erica began her professional career in sport by contributing to the launch of the Women's National Basketball Associationin 1997, where she made history as the first Public Relations Director for the Phoenix Mercury.
She has also held leadership roles across collegiate athletic systems, entertainment production, and global agencies, bringing a unique cross-sector perspective to experiential marketing and live event strategy.
Erica has returned to Kansas City to support the delivery of the FIFA World Cup 2026, contributing her expertise to one of the largest global sporting events in history.
